He was a pipefitter and a member of the Local #692. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, William H. Strother, Sr. and Phoebe Jordan; one brother, Bobby Stanley; and one sister, Elaine Dickens. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his son, William Ryan Strother, and his wife, Shelia, of Welsh. A time of visitation will be held in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale. On Monday, January 31, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until time of services. www.rushfh.com.
