Description	:	William John "Buzz" Miller, 84, Concordia, died Sunday, Oct. 18, 1992 at St. Joseph Hospital. He was born Oct. 25, 1907, at Crawford to Perry and Sarah Baldwin Miller. On Jan. 25, 1929, he was married to Frances E. Ford in Beloit. Mr. Miller retired in 1972 as Superintendent of Mails at the United States Post Office. He was a member of the Wesleyan Church, Lions Club, National Association of Retired Federal Employees, American Association of Retired Persons and Concordia Senior Citizens. He sang with a barbershop chorus and coached for the Lions Little League and girls softball teams. Survivors include his... On Jan. 25, 1929, he was married to Frances E. Ford in Beloit. Mr. Miller retired in 1972 as Superintendent of Mails at the United States Post Office. He was a member of the Wesleyan Church, Lions Club, National Association of Retired Federal Employees, American Association of Retired Persons and Concordia Senior Citizens. Survivors include his wife Frances of Concordia; two daughters, Lois Kelly of Bloomington, Ind. and Virginia Sterling of Bloomington, Ill.; two sons, Dr. Perry F. Miller of Springfield, Ill and James B. Miller of Concordia; one brother, the Rev. Loren P. Miller of Miltonvale; one sister, Jeanne Krieder of Seattle; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and two brothers. The funeral will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 21, at the Wesleyan Church in Concordia with the Rev. Duane Seitz officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Wesleyan Church. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home.
