Bill was born on February 27, 1952, in the hospital at Fremont. His parents are Robert and Loretta (Bartling) Hoegemeyer. Bill received his elementary and junior high education in the Scribner schools, and he graduated from Logan View High School in 1970. Hoegemeyer, 46, of Hooper died Wednesday, June 10, 1998, at the Fremont Area Medical Center in Fremont. Bill was born on February 27, 1952, in the hospital at Fremont. His parents are Robert and Loretta (Bartling) Hoegemeyer. Bill received his elementary and junior high education in the Scribner schools, and he graduated from Logan View High School in 1970. He attended the Southeast Community College in Milford graduating in 1971 with a degree as an electronic technician. Bill worked for a time in Fremont, then joined his father in farming near Hooper. He also had an electronic shop on the farm. At the present time, he was employed by Stan Ortimeir in Beemer as an electrician. Survivors include his parents, Robert and Loretta Hoegemeyer of Hooper; three brothers, David and wife Connie Hoegemeyer of Lincoln, Joel Hoegemeyer of Glenwood, Ia., and Daniel and wife Bonnie Hoegemeyer of Lincoln; a sister, Lorrie Hoegemeyer of Columbus; a nephew, Cody Hoegemeyer of Lincoln; two nieces, Shanna Thiel of Lincoln and Natasha Hight of Lincoln. The funeral service was June 13 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Hooper, Rev. Carl Lehmann officiated. Burial was in St. John's Cemetery near Hooper.
