Description	:	Bill was the son of Edward Richard and Ethel Sara (Luforough) Culver. he received his education in Dallas, S.D. In 1936 he, with his family, moved to Outlook. On Oct. 20, 1947 he married Eileen Hinchey at Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Bill served in the Army Infantry during World War II. Bill worked for the Yakima County Hiway Department until his retirement in 1980. Bill enjoyed camping, fishing, and was an avid cribbage player. He is preceded in death by his father; one daughter, Linda Lien in 1995; one sister, Maxine Jelinek; and one brother, Jess Culver.
