Description	:	William S. Riggin, age 49 years, died at his home on Chesapeake Avenue this city at an early hour last Monday morning after being ill for several months with cancer of the neck. Funeral services were held at the late home on Wednesday afternoon conducted by Rev. I. S. Owens and Rev. E. C. Graham and interment was in Crisfield Cemetery.
