Description	:	William "Bill" Seitz, 61, of Hicksville, died Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Bill was born on January 16, 1952 in Ft. Wayne, the son of the late Melton Seitz and Mary (Lowden) Seitz Conner. He was a 1971 graduate of Woodlan High School. On October 15, 1976, he was united in marriage with June Baker. He was a big NASCAR... Read More	William "Bill" Seitz, 61, of Hicksville, died Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Bill was born on January 16, 1952 in Ft. Wayne, the son of the late Melton Seitz and Mary (Lowden) Seitz Conner. He was a 1971 graduate of Woodlan High School. On October 15, 1976, he was united in marriage with June Baker. Bill served in his country during the Vietnam War in the Indiana National Guard. He was employed by Parker Hannifin in Hicksville, Ohio. Bill was an ASA racecar driver for over 20 years. He was a big NASCAR fan and he loved his family and watching their activities. Bill is survived by his wife June; two daughters- Janette and Shelley Seitz, both of Hicksville; three grandchildren- Owen Wolf, Leah and Alyssa Seitz; a sister Jennifer Burke of Ft. Wayne, Indiana and two brothers- Les (Char) Seitz of Hicksville and Bentley Conner of Payne, Ohio. Funeral services for Bill will be Saturday at 10:00 at Smith & Brown Funeral Home, Hicksville with Pastor Jack Teeple officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery with military honors accorded by Hicksville American Legion.
