Description	:	Billie was the daughter of Fred Henry Ramge and Elenor Baker Hill. She was born on December 28, 1916 in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Billie had two brothers: Harry and Frederick; and three sisters: Alice, Thelma and Eleanor. Billie spend her childhood and graduated from high school in Sheridan Wyoming and finished business college in Grand Junction, Colorado after moving there in 1939. Billie married R.B. "Bob" Carpenter on December 19, 1942 and had three children: Candy, Jeff and Robin. She was born on December 28, 1916 in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Billie had two brothers: Harry and Frederick; and three sisters: Alice, Thelma and Eleanor. Billie spend her childhood and graduated from high school in Sheridan Wyoming and finished business college in Grand Junction, Colorado after moving there in 1939. Billie married R.B. "Bob" Carpenter on December 19, 1942 and had three children: Candy, Jeff and Robin. Billie worked as a dental technician in her early days in Grand Junction and later owned and operated Parts Service Wholesale with her husband. Billie was a wonderful homemaker and always so proud of her family. Billie was a member of the First United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday school and served on various committees since 1940. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Altrusa Club, many Shrine organizations and the 20-30 Club. She served the community well by volunteering her time to many service and charity organizations including delivering Gray Gourmet meals for over 20 years. Billie was perceeded in death by both her parents, her husband and a step-daughter, (Patty Sue), Her brother Harry Ramge and sister Thelma (Ramge) Crouch. She was survived by a step-son: Stacy, and children Candy, Jeff and Robin, 9 grandchildren, two sisters: Alice (Ramge) Yerk and Eleanor (Ramge) Cundall both of Nebraska and one brother: Fredrick Ramge of Rockville, Maryland. Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. John Foreman officiating. Entombment of the remains was at the Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
