Description	:	The castle church was build in 1577 after the original church in this place (the Ottenkirche) had been pulled down three years previous. At least 25 members of the House of Griffins were laid to rest in the ducal vault. During a reconstruction in 1862, the crypt was opened. It was discovered that the coffins of the dukes had been opened and robbed. Today, six sarcophagi from the vault are in the castle museum. The vault is used as the theater.
