The second structure, a frame building, was dedicated on September 7, 1883. The third building, which was also a frame structure was started in 1910. This building was dedicated on April 25, 1914. Unfortunately, this building was destoyed by fire on July 22, 1930. The fourth building, constructed of brick was dedicated in 1931. Current day Luther's Lutheran Church is located in the southeast part of Rowan County, about three miles west of the Yadkin River at the corner of Stokes Ferry and Richfield Road.
