Description : This cemetery is located just north of the corporation of New Paris OH. This is where the first religious services were held and was chosen as the city of the dead about 1810. The first burial was that of Levi Moore who was buried about the year 1810. Alexander Penland a lad who was drowned in a neighborhood spring was the second person buried in the old section.
