Highland Recorder May 7, 1909 Mr. Aaron Ryder and Mrs. Harriet Trimble were quietly married at Huntersville Thursday of last week by Rev. D. G. Brinlow. The bride is from Highland county, but has been making her home in Marlinton with her brother, Mr. J. O. Hiner, for some time. Hiner went to Frost Monday morning in response to a message telling of serious illness in the family of his sister, Mrs. Harriet Ryder, Both she and her husband were ill, the latter being in a critical condition.
