GEORGE STORM Adda Ann Henry, daughter of Jobe and Rebecca Henry, was born in Marion county, Iowa, on February 8, 1862, and departed to her heavenly home on June 17, 1931, at her home near Norwood, Iowa, aged 69 years, 4 months and 9 days. On April 5, 1884, she was united in marriage to George Storm and to this union were born twelve children: Corwin N. and William M. of Norwood; Jobe H. of Purdy; Mrs. Mabel Simpson, of Newton; Mrs. Lillie Spencer, of Columbia; Mrs. Beneta Skinner, of Chariton; Mrs. Kate Sylvara, of Cambria; Mrs. Lucy Fortune, of St. Joseph, Missouri; Loran S., of Norwood; Levi C., of Knoxville; and Johnnie Bryant and an infant son, who preceded her in death. Besides her husband and children, she leaves to mourn her departure fifty-seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, four brothers, John Henry, of Broken Bow, Nebraska; Will, of Carson; Tom of Macedonia; Ben of Villisca; and one sister, Mrs. Nelle Perry, of Chariton, and a host of other relatives and friends. At an early age she united with the Zion M. E. church and has since lived a faithful Christian life. For the past seven months she had been unable to walk but always had a kind word and a pleasant smile for her many neighbors and friends who came often, with cheerful words and flowers to help while away the long weary hours. Brief funeral services were held at the family home on Friday at 12:00 o'clock and at the Zion M. E. church at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Robinson of the Lacona church conducted the services and the Zion and Lacona choirs rendered some beautiful musical selections.
