Description	:	Adesah J. Adkinson (sic) wife of the late William Wesley Norwood, was born in the state of Ohio, March 13th, 1844, and died at Nelson at the home of B.L.Smitm (sic) April 22nd (sic), 1906, having had a paralytic stroke a few days previously. She was married August 28th, 1859 to W.W. Norwood. To her was born a family of eight children, six of whom are living at the present time: four sons, Isaac, Fred, William and Charley, and two daughters, Mrs. B.L. Smith and Mrs. J.L. Rogers. Adkinson (sic) wife of the late William Wesley Norwood, was born in the state of Ohio, March 13th, 1844, and died at Nelson at the home of B.L.Smitm (sic) April 22nd (sic), 1906, having had a paralytic stroke a few days previously. She was married August 28th, 1859 to W.W. Norwood. To her was born a family of eight children, six of whom are living at the present time: four sons, Isaac, Fred, William and Charley, and two daughters, Mrs. B.L. Smith and Mrs. J.L. Rogers. These children were all present at the funeral being all residents of this place except the first mentioned, who lives at McCook. Her husband passed away a little less than two years since having died on the 30th day of June 1904. She also leaves an aged mother, (Grandma Ball) a sister and one half brother and half sister to mourn her loss. The funeral of this old and respected citizen occurred Monday afternoon at three o;clock from the Christian church of which she was a member, Rev. Virgil E. Shirley conducting the services.
