Description	:	Albert Earl Kinney, twin son of John and Zurilda Sanders Kinney, was born August 10, 1879, at Ridgeway Kansas. He grew to manhood in the community where he was born and as a young man entered into the social activities of the community and made his contribution to the welfare and happiness of his generation. On February 25, 1903, he was united in marriage to Miss Ella Clark of Overbrook. They immediately located on their farm near his family home, where they have resided for 43 years, until his death, February 7, 1946, being 66 years, 5 months, and 27 days... Read More	Albert Earl Kinney, twin son of John and Zurilda Sanders Kinney, was born August 10, 1879, at Ridgeway Kansas. He grew to manhood in the community where he was born and as a young man entered into the social activities of the community and made his contribution to the welfare and happiness of his generation. On February 25, 1903, he was united in marriage to Miss Ella Clark of Overbrook. They immediately located on their farm near his family home, where they have resided for 43 years, until his death, February 7, 1946, being 66 years, 5 months, and 27 days of age. His death came as a result of a lingering illness of more than two years. He was a member of the Overbrook Methodist Church, also affiliated with the Grange organization, having received his 25 year pin, and Modern Woodmen of America. He was a successful farmer and stockman, taking great pride in his home and community. To Mr and Mrs Kinney were born three children, one son and two daughters, all preceding him in death. Those who survive are his wife, Mrs Ella Kinney, four sisters, Mrs Mary E Atchison and Mrs G M Hart of Overbrook, Mrs Nellie Hart of Junction City and a twin sister, Mrs Laura Reed of Carbondale; and one brother, Frank Kinney of Carbondale; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and a myriad of friends. Funeral services were conducted by Rev C H Pittman Sunday at the Methodist church. Music was by Mrs Joe Coffman, Mrs Elmer Ray, duet; Wayne Baker, solo; accompanist, Mrs James Sullivan. Interment was in Ridgeway cemetery. Pallbearers were Arch Little, Ira Durrow, George Meyers, Ira Kimble, Joe Luthey, Lewis Snell. Overbrook Citizen-February 14, 1946
