Description	:	Albertina Theophila Jacobitz was born Oct 4, 1847 in Grunau Prussia Germany. Here she was also baptized and after due instruction in the Word of God, confirmed in the Lutheran church. In 1873 she came to the United States with some of her sisters and stayed at Riverdale, Ill., for about six month. In the same years she came to Kenesaw, in Adams county. 1885 she married to Paul Holl and made their home on a farm near Lowell. In 1909 they moved to Minden, where she remained until her death. Three... Read More	Albertina Theophila Jacobitz was born Oct 4, 1847 in Grunau Prussia Germany. Here she was also baptized and after due instruction in the Word of God, confirmed in the Lutheran church. In 1873 she came to the United States with some of her sisters and stayed at Riverdale, Ill., for about six month. In the same years she came to Kenesaw, in Adams county. 1885 she married to Paul Holl and made their home on a farm near Lowell. In 1909 they moved to Minden, where she remained until her death. Three children were born to this marriage. One son, who died in infancy, one daughter, who died in 1921 and Alvina, who survives. She departed this life September 23, 1924 at the age of 76 years, 11 months, 19 days. She leaves to mourn her death, her aged husband, one daughter, three grandchildren, two sisters, three brothers and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 2:30 at her home and at 3 at St Paul's Lutheran Church. The Rev Mr Tiemann spoke works of comfort basing his remarks on Rev 14:13 in a German and English address. Interment in Minden Cemetery.
