Description	:	Albertina Theresa Louise Hoffman was born in Pomern, Germany, June 24, 1857 and died at her home in Palmer, June 14, 1920. At the age of 1 1/2 years she came with her parents to America, the parents moving onto a farm near Algoma, Wisconsin. January 17, 1868 she was married to John A. Miller. In 1873 they moved to Nebraska, locating on a farm near Palmer, where they lived until a few years ago when they moved to Palmer where they have since resided. In 1873 they moved to Nebraska, locating on a farm near Palmer, where they lived until a few years ago when they moved to Palmer where they have since resided. To this union were born thirteen children: Mrs. Amelia Shiebe, Julius Miller, Mrs. Susanna Thede, Mrs. Elizabeth Otto of Hazard, Mrs. J. Ruphoff of Grand Island, Mrs. Esther Peters, Ferdinand Miller, Mrs. Amelia Ernst of Schuyler, August Miller, Mrs. E. Krause of Grand Island, John Miller, Jr., Mrs. Sarah Beyers, and Miss Clara Miller all of whom with forty-five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, one brother and her husband are left to mourn her loss. Funeral services were held in English today from the Palmer Lutheran Church at 12:30 and in both English and German at the Worms Church and interment was made in the Worms cemetery. There is no language at our command by which we can fittingly portray the sincerity of this woman's Christian character, and in the experience of a lifetime, the writer can truly say that he never met one who seemed more nearly to walk hand in hand with God.
