Born here, she was a daughter of the late Don and Minerva Nelson Riggin. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church and Chesapeake Chapter 28, Order of the Eastern Star, both in Crisfield. Surviving are two sons, Milford Ward and Wilbur Ward, Baltimore; a sister, Ruth Haynes, Chapel Hill, N.C.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m....
