Description	:	His name was John A. Borgerding, since he spent some time with his grandfather, John G. Borgerding, he probably went by Aloys. After his father, Joseph Borgerding died, the estate was admin by J. T. Wildenhaus, for him and his mother, Kate. They had an allowance for a year of $35.00 each. J. T. Wildenhaus was also made Aloys' guardian. Land was sold and the money raised was to be put into a trust. It would appear that John Kramer was also appointed guardian. They had an allowance for a year of $35.00 each. J. T. Wildenhaus was also made Aloys' guardian. Land was sold and the money raised was to be put into a trust. It would appear that John Kramer was also appointed guardian. There is an application for Allowance for support of the ward in the amount of $1.00 per week. In the application it lists Bernard Vondenhuevel as Aloys' stepfather. It would appear that, later, Bernard, Kate, and Aloys moved to Jackson Township, Auglaize County and Kate asked for guardianship of Aloys, since with them being in Auglaize County, it would be too much trouble for Wildenhaus to look after her son. In the paperwork for John Kramer being guardian, it would appear that there was some trouble with Kate not being actually demented, but at times she causes him considerable trouble on account of her peculiarities.
