Description	:	Ann Bigelow, sixth child and second daughter of Eleazer and Mary Fiske Bigelow, was born May 30, 1740 in Watertown, Middlesex county, Mass. In 1742, when she was still a toddler, the family removed to Westminster, Worcester county. There Ann married on September 11, 1760 Samuel Titus, son of John and Mary Daggett Titus. He was born March 13, 1734 at Attleboro, Mass. They settled after marriage at Ipswich, Canada, now called Winchendon, Massachusetts, where he was highway supervisor and rate collector, hog reeve, and held other offices. Their first three children were born in Winchendon, Mass. They then moved to Bath, New Hampshire. They settled in Moulton Hill, Landiff, New Hampshire about 1782. Samuel again held several town offices. In 1805 they moved to Lyman, New Hampshire, where he died about 1818 and is buried at Parker Hill, Lyman, NH. During the Revolutionary War he was commissioned Captain of the 7th co, 12th Regt Foot Troops, in New Hampshire on September 5, 1775. The date and place of Ann’s death is unknown, but she probably died in Lyman also. She may have been buried at Parker Hill, the cemetery is abandoned, some of the graves were moved, and most of the headstones are missing.
