Saturday night, December 20, 2003. She was born on August 10, 1907 at Henderson, NE. She and Arthur Wiebe were married on April 21, 1940 at Henderson, NE. They farmed, owned and operated the Wiebe Dairy north of Beatrice, NE. and moved into Beatrice in 1989. She had also been employed at the Beatrice Community Hospital as a dietician. She was a member of the Beatrice Mennonite Church in Beatrice, NE. She enjoyed crocheting, puzzles and raising geese. Survivors include 2 daughters, Evelyn Dillon and her husband Wilburn of Topeka, KS. and Esther Rempel and her husband Courtney of Greeley, Colorado; 5 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Tena Brenneis of Hollenburg, KS. and Sara Regier of Goshen, Indiana; 2 sisters in law, Elsie Buller of Clarks, NE. and Sophie Buller of Henderson, NE. She was preceded in death by her parents Henry P. and Marie (Janzen) Buller; husband Arthur J. Wiebe (1992); and 4 brothers. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 27, 2003 at the Beatrice Mennonite Church in Beatrice, NE. with Reverend Denton R. Jantzi officiating. Interment will be in the Mennonite Cemetery, R. Beatrice. The body will lie in state Friday from 9:00 A.M. - 9: P.M. at the Griffiths-Hovendick Chapel in Beatrice and at the church one hour preceding the service. A family prayer service will be held at 10:45 A.M. Saturday at the church. A memorial has been established to the family's choice with the Griffiths-Hovendick Chapel in Beatrice in charge. Messages of condolence may be sent to [email protected] They will be forwarded to the family. The Griffiths-Hovendick Chapel in Beatrice is in charge of the services.
