Read More	Obituary of Anna Christine Hohl: Mrs. Anna Christine Hohl, one of the early pioneers of Lee County, who passed away suddenly at her home near Primrose last week, was born at Stauderheim near Weisenheim, Germany, in 1836. Her maiden name was Schmidt. In the year 1859, she came to this country locating in Lee county where she has since made her home. She was united in marriage with Martin Hohl in 1861 and with him lived near Dover until 1880 when they moved to a farm near Primrose. In the fall of 1899 they moved to Primrose. She leaves four sons, 11 grandchildren and two great granchildren. The sons are Jacob, Ontario, Cal.; Martin, Sterling, Colo.; and John and Phillip near Primrose. The deceased had become blind five years previous to her death and since that time was constantly attended by one of her granddaughters. The funeral was held Thursday at the Zion's church, Primrose, the Rev. W.P. Wuebben officiating.
