Dvorak, 89, former Clutier resident, died at 11:05 a.m. Sunday, November 8, 1981, in Marshalltown Area Community Hospital, where she had been a patient since Oct. 27. She had been a resident at Bethesda Care Center, Toledo, since her health started failing on Oct. 10, 1978. She was born April 30, 1892, near Vining, daughter of Frank and Maggie Ledvina Cibula, and attended the rural Vining schools. On April 12, 1910, in St. Marys Catholic Church, Vining, she was married to Joseph F. Dvorak of near Clutier. The couple resided on a farm southwest of Clutier two years, then purchased a farm 3 1/2 miles also southwest of Clutier, retiring in 1947, when the couple moved to Clutier. Mr. Dvorak preceded her in death on Oct. 5, 1978. Mrs. Dvorak was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Clutier, and the Rosary Society. She is survived by a son and a daughter, Mildred (Mrs. Louis) Podhajsky, Clutier, and Joseph J. Dvorak, Belle Plaine; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Mildred Pusteoska, Tama, and two brothers, Emil Cibula, Toledo and Ed Cibula, Belle Plaine. Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, George and Charles, five brothers and one sister. The public Rosary was recited at 8:00 o'clock Tuesday evening from the Clutier Funeral Chapel led by Fr. Cizek. Mrs. Eldon Posusta and Debra Karr were in charge of Mass offerings. The funeral Mass was celebrated at 10:00 o'clock Wednesday morning in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Clutier, with Fr. Robert Cizek, the celebrant. Mrs. Marvin Bohnstengel, organist, accompanied the I. C. church choir. Burial was in Holy Trinity cemetery, Otter Creek township, with the following serving as casket bearers: James Dvorak, Jerry Dvorak, Jeffrey Dvorak, Duane Podhajsky, Eldon Posusta and Richard Wacha.
