Description	:	Mrs. Will Dent, a former Brule County girl, died of pleuropneumonia at her home in Ogden, Iowa, last Wednesday, Feb. 13. The body was brought to Chamberlain and the funeral was held Monday afternoon from the Congregational Church, conducted by Rev. G. M. Young. Read More	Mrs. Will Dent, a former Brule County girl, died of pleuropneumonia at her home in Ogden, Iowa, last Wednesday, Feb. 13. The body was brought to Chamberlain and the funeral was held Monday afternoon from the Congregational Church, conducted by Rev. G. M. Young. Mrs. Dent ws formerly Miss Mae Young, daughter of Warren Young, an old resident of this county. She was married on Nov. 1st, 1898, to Wm H. Dent of Chamberlain, who was one of the rising young men of the town. For a number of years they made their home in Lyman County, where Will was employed in a bank, but they moved away about seven years ago, and were located at Ogden, Iowa. The last illness which caused Mrs. Dent's death came on suddenly. She had taken a slight cold as a result of an auto ride to a neighboring town. Some days later pleurisy developed and then pneumonia, and she passed away almost before the seriousness of her condition was realized. She was 39 years of age at her last birthday, November 2, 1917. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, fifteen and seventeen years of age. The loss to them of a wife and mother who was still in the noonday of life and usefulness can be comprehended only by those who have similarly suffered. Sympathy is gratefully received, but it cannot bring back the one who has gone. Relatives and close friends from out of the city who were present at the funeral were: Mr and Mrs. Ned Donning (?)of Phillip, S.D.; Charley Young of Interior and Ben Young of Wessington, S.D.,: Albert Dent of Aberdeen: Mrs. Lee L. Henegar of Mitchell; Mrs. Sadie Dent of Lennox; Mrs. Ernest Boudrou of Kennebec; Mrs. A. R. McMullen and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Spalding, Reliance. Interment was made in Riverview Cemetery, Chamberlain, S.D.
