Description	:	Services Held for Sorensen Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon, Feb. 26 at the United Methodist Church for Miss Mary Sorensen, 81, who died Feb. 23 at Lundberg Memorial Hospital. The Rev. Eugene Beye officiated. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were Donald Zila, Robert Zila, Alvin Sorensen, Darrell Sorensen, Vernon League and Wayne Hampton. Miss Sorensen joined the United Methodist Church of Creighton in 1915 and was active in church work. She was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Emma Sorensen of Bloomfield; three nieces and one nephew, Mrs. Vivian Hampton of Platte, S.D., Mrs. Garnett Zila of Pender, Mrs. Marilyn Christensen of Decatur, Ga. and Vernon Sorensen of Verdigre.
