Description	:	MASON-Annabel Mason was born near Exeter on August 18, 1901, to Charles Ashton and Blanche Mason Ashton, and passed away July 4, 1992, at the Fillmore County Hospital in Geneva, at the age of 90 years, 10 months and 12 days. Annabel moved with her family to Geneva in December of 1908. She started school at the Ward School and then later attended grade school and high school. She lived in Dorchester for one year and the rest of her life was spent in Fillmore county. She liked to work in her garden and with her flowers. Annabel was a member of the United Methodist Church. Annabel was preceded by her husband, Albert, her father and mother; a sister, Bernice; and grandson, Garry Mason. She is survived by her son, Charles and wife, Verla; two grandsons, Steven Mason and wife, Denise, and Bruce Mason and friend, Jan; and by tree great-grandchildren, Raun, Jill and Kiel Mason. Funeral services were conducted from the Farmer & Son Funeral Home on Thursday, July 9, 1992, with the Rev. Wanda Bennett officiating. Mrs. Norval Lomax accompanied Kelly Eich who sang, In the Garden and When the Roll is Called Up Yonder. Pallbearers were Jerry Chapman, Marlin Domeier, Dick Deets, Irvin Miller, Joe Schelkopf and Dean Heath. Interment was in the Geneva Public Cemetery. The Nebraska Signal July 1992
