Description	:	Tony “TC” Coltharp, age 60, of Manhattan, died Sunday January 19, 2014 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Manhattan. He was born on July 20, 1953 in Clay Center, Kansas the son of George and Pauline (Siebold) Coltharp Sr. He attended schools in Manhattan and graduated with the Manhattan High School class of 1971. Read More	Tony “TC” Coltharp, age 60, of Manhattan, died Sunday January 19, 2014 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Manhattan. He was born on July 20, 1953 in Clay Center, Kansas the son of George and Pauline (Siebold) Coltharp Sr. He attended schools in Manhattan and graduated with the Manhattan High School class of 1971. Tony then attended Manhattan Area Vo-Tech and earned a degree in printing. On July 10, 1982 in Junction City, Kansas he was united in marriage to Valerie Ballard. She survives at their home in Manhattan. Tony worked for the McCall Pattern Company as a pre-press technician for 40 years and retired in 2011. He also worked part-time for Candlewood Liquor. He was a member of the Heritage High Roof Club. Tony loved to work on old cars and also working on putting puzzles together. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fisherman. In addition to his wife, Tony is also survived by his children: Brandey Nelson (Dennis) of St. George, KS, Wendy Willi (Nick) of Manhattan, KS, Lindsay Elliott (Russ) of Westmoreland, KS, Mandy Coltharp of Manhattan, KS, and Matt Coltharp (Chelsea) of Manhattan, KS; also his brother, George “Buck” Coltharp, and his sister, Michelle Lehmer (John) both of Manhattan, KS; and his grandchildren: Susie, Emily, and Rileigh Willi, Carley and Cameron Nelson, Cassidy Myers, Kyle Elliott and Bentley Coltharp. Funeral services for Mr. Coltharp will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 23, 2014 at the First United Methodist Church, 612 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, KS with the Pastor Troy Bowers officiating. Interment will follow in the Bala Cemetery, Riley County, Kansas. The family will greet friends during a visitation from 6:30 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home. Memorial contributions in memory of Tony are suggested to the American Cancer Society. Contributions may be left in care of the Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home, 1616 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas 66502.
