Morris, 86-year-old retired Stockport farmer, died late Sunday afternoon at the home in which he had kept his hand-made walnut casket for many years. He was buried Tuesday afternoon in Morris Memorial park—of which he was a founder. The bearded Van Buren county patriarch lost his wife last July 24 after 62 years of married life. When he was 79 he told reporters he hadn't got around to putting the lining in his coffin because "it may be quite a while before I need it." He was shooting for a hundred he said.
