She had resided at the Center since March of 2012. Audrey Norline Anderson was born on September 25, 1910 to Hilder and Agnes (Erickson) Anderson at her grandparents' home east of Stratford. Audrey attended Marion Center School and the Stratford schools graduating from Stratford High School in 1927. Audrey Norline Anderson was born on September 25, 1910 to Hilder and Agnes (Erickson) Anderson at her grandparents' home east of Stratford. Audrey attended Marion Center School and the Stratford schools graduating from Stratford High School in 1927. She attended a program at Iowa State College that offered courses in home economics and the arts. On April 24, 1929, she married Harry Ellis Olson at the Augustana Lutheran Church in Boone with Pastor Goranson officiating. Audrey was a faithful member at the Stratford Swedish Evangelical Lutheran Church and had sewed many quilts for Lutheran World Relief throughout the years. She helped her husband on the farm and with their honey bee operation. Her parents; husband Harry in July of 1996; 2 grandchildren Brenda Rhodes and Doug Rhodes; 2 great-grandchildren Kyle Reisetter and Brennan Bergman; a son-in-law Wendell Patterson; a sister Lucille Larson Quick; and a brother Orville Anderson preceded her in death. Survivors include 4 daughters; Darlene Patterson of Story City, Iowa, Lorraine Young and husband Darrell of Stratford, Phyllis Rhodes and husband Tracy of Buffalo, Wyoming; Louise Bergman and husband Dale of Stratford; 11 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
