He is survived by his wife, Beverly Thoman of the home in Concordia, KS; son, Randy Thoman (Debbie), Concordia, KS; Laurie Deal (Brad), Concordia, KS; Carl Thoman (Daniel Houk), KC, MO; 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers, Larry Thoman (Lorrie), of AZ; Ted Thoman, Concordia, KS; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Jearl, son, Franklin Thoman, granddaughter, Ashley Elizabeth Deal, Brothers, Wilfred, Wayne, Lloyd, Orley, Myron, Boyd, Bob, sisters, Cleo Dykes, Phyliss Franks, Joyce Hanson, Shirley Thoman, Mamie Aldridge, Janice Phelps, Geneva Nordquist. Due to Covid Virus restrictions the family has requested a Private Family Graveside. Cremation has taken place and a private family graveside Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m., on Monday, December 21, 2020 at the Morrison Cemetery. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later time and place for family, friends. The family suggests memorials to Austin J. Thoman Memorial Fund to be decided at a later time, in care of Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home.
