Description	:	Bernard “Bud” Rohrs, 85, died Friday October 3, 2014 at PRMC in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Bud was born May 11, 1929 to the late Raymond and Lula (Wonderly) Rohrs. He was a 1947 graduate of Hicksville High School. On December 20, 1952 Bud was united in marriage to Mary Margaret Conley. Bud was born May 11, 1929 to the late Raymond and Lula (Wonderly) Rohrs. He was a 1947 graduate of Hicksville High School. On December 20, 1952 Bud was united in marriage to Mary Margaret Conley. They made their home in Mark Center Township until moving to Hicksville in 1969. Bud was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Hicksville. He was a lifelong farmer retiring in 1985. During the winter months he was employed at International Harvester in Ft. Wayne. Later he was employed by Dohler Machine Shop in Hicksville. Bud is survived by his wife, and two sons, Gary (Sheila) of Hicksville and Glen of Cecil, a sister, Thelma (Merle) Postma and Max (Judy) Rohrs. He was preceded by an infant daughter Janice and siblings Carl and Virgil Rohrs and Grace Swenson. Visitation for Bud will be Monday 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 at Smith & Brown Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Tuesday at 2:00 with an hour of visitation prior to the service. Pastor Vicky Coombs will officiate. Burial will be at Six Corners Cemetery
