Bernice Elizabeth Bramer was born Nov. 9, 1909, in Wyoming, Iowa to Henry and Elisie Anna (Holub) Bramer. She graduated from Wyoming High School. She married Thomas Otto Eichhorn on March 21, 1934, in Cambridge, Ill. He died in 1983. Bernice worked at the telephone company for 7 1/2 years and she farmed with her husband for many years in Wyoming. In 1991, she moved to Elgin, Ill., to be with her daughters and moved to Apostolic Christian Rest Haven. She was a member of the Wyoming Presbyterian Church and Presbyterian Women's Group in Wyoming. She loved spending time with her family and had traveled in later years. She is survived by two daughters, Sandra (Mrs. Warren) Etter of Port Isabel, Texas, and Marcia Eichhorn of Elgin, Ill.; a grandson, Brian Etter of Dallas; and a sister, Ivetta Matejka of Wyoming. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a sister and a brother. Memorials are preferred.
