Mr. Wright died at St. Anthony Hospital in Carroll on March 21, 1965, after a week's stay there. Mr. Glennis Detterman was soloist for the service and Mrs. Lois Willhoite, organist. He resided in Wall Lake the past thirty-six years and had been a truck driver until he retired. Survivors include his wife, Lena, of Wall Lake; sons Roy of Port Angeles, Wash., Laverne of Jefferson, Elsworth of West Bend, Donald of Omaha, Nebr., Dale and Eugene of Muskegon, Mich.; daughters, Mrs. Kenneth McLeon of Muskegon, Mich., Mrs. Clark Carrol of Kent, Wash., and Mrs. Eldon Friesner of Estherville. He is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Jake Janssen of Lake City, one brother Clifford Wright of Carnarvon, twenty-nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents, two brothers, Ray and Harvey and one son, Merlin.
