She had been in failing health the last year. Mrs. Cochran suffered a fractured hip in a fall, January 27 and had been hospitalized since that time. Cochran, 792 Franklin street, died Saturday afternoon, 3:05 o'clock, in Mercy hospital. She had been in failing health the last year. Mrs. Cochran suffered a fractured hip in a fall, January 27 and had been hospitalized since that time. Her condition was believed to be greatly improved and death was unexpected. The daughter of Joseph and Elnora West, she was born in West Union, Adams county, Ohio, July 12, 1877. On April 21, 1897, she was married to Harry L. Cochran and they observed their golden wedding anniversary in 1947. Mrs. Cochran was a member of the Millville Federated Church. Lodge affiliations included the Pythian Sisters, who will hold services at the funeral home Tuesday night, 7:45 o'clock; Silver Link Rebekah Lodge No. 508, I.O.O.F., whose services will be at 7:30 o'clock, and Daughters of America, whose services will be at 7:15 o'clock. Mrs Cochran leaves the widower; a son, Stanley Cochran, Miami, Fla.; a daughter, Mrs. Adam Smith, Hamilton; a brother, Thornton West, West Union; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A son preceded her in death on July 6, 1930. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon, 2 o'clock, in the Robert L. Klaus funeral home, North F street and Elvin avenue, with Rev. L. E. Carr, pastor of the Millville Federated church, officiating. Burial will be in Millville cemetery. Friends may call after 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
