Description	:	Bessiebelle Lantz, 85, of Beatrice, died Sunday night, June 15, 2014, at her home surrounded by all of her children following a short illness. She was born on July 7, 1928 at Pawnee City. After graduating from Pawnee City High School she taught country school for three years in Pawnee county. She married Kenneth Lantz on May 1, 1948 at Coryell Park in Auburn. They lived in Pawnee City until moving to Beatrice in 1960. Read More	Bessiebelle Lantz, 85, of Beatrice, died Sunday night, June 15, 2014, at her home surrounded by all of her children following a short illness. She was born on July 7, 1928 at Pawnee City. After graduating from Pawnee City High School she taught country school for three years in Pawnee county. She married Kenneth Lantz on May 1, 1948 at Coryell Park in Auburn. They lived in Pawnee City until moving to Beatrice in 1960. She was a seamstress at BSDC for over 20 years and was a long-time member of Centenary United Methodist Church of Beatrice. Bessiebelle attended as many of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren's activities as possible. She volunteered at the bloodmobile, hospital gift shop and helped with funeral lunches. She loved walking, yoga, daily devotions, having coffee with friends, quilting, reading, traveling, and playing word and number games. She made scrapbooks and quilts for each one of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include one son, Allen Lantz and wife Deb of Beatrice; three daughters, Trudy Roche and husband Rich and Tarri Ullsperger and husband Arlyn all of Beatrice and Vicki Davis and husband Randy of Denver, Colorado; eight grandchildren, Dr. Jason Roche and wife Amy of Lincoln, Justin Roche and wife Darla of Waterloo, Samuel and Joshua Davis of Denver, Colorado, Angie Roschewski and husband Eric of Pickrell, Anita Ullsperger and Tracia Lattimer of Beatrice and Trevor Lantz of Omaha; 11 great-grandchildren, Connor, Natalie, Nicole, Ashley, Bentley, Harper and Cash Roche, Michael and Gavin Roschewski, Hayden and Haven Lattimer Huntington; brother, Ron Loch and wife Eleene of Omaha; brother-in-law, Kyle Lantz of Pawnee City; sisters-in-law, Beth Christiansen of Chanute, KS, Lola Jean Clutter of Pawnee City and Ruth Lantz of Tecumseh; special friend, Julian Thomsen of Beatrice; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Ida Vrtiska Loch, her husband Kenneth, who died on August 7, 1999, sister, Donna Weis, brother, Earl Loch and grandson, Shawn (Boomer) Lattimer. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 18, 2013 at Centenary United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Charles Spence, III officiating. Private burial will be at the Evergreen Home Cemetery of Beatrice. A memorial has been established to the family's choice. The body will lie in state at the Fox Funeral Home on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. and not at the church. Fox Funeral Home of Beatrice is in charge of the arrangements.
