Description	:	Betty J. Rohrs, 86, died Friday January 2, 2015 at Hickory Creek at Hicksville. Betty was born March 13, 1928 to the late Earl and Hazel (Ensign) Neidhardt in Hicksville, Ohio. She graduated from Hicksville High School in 1946. On July 30, 1949 Betty was united in marriage to Carl Rohrs. He preceded her in death on August 10, 1996. Betty was employed by Lincoln National Life Insurance Company in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. After many years of service she retired in 1983. Betty was born March 13, 1928 to the late Earl and Hazel (Ensign) Neidhardt in Hicksville, Ohio. She graduated from Hicksville High School in 1946. On July 30, 1949 Betty was united in marriage to Carl Rohrs. He preceded her in death on August 10, 1996. Betty was employed by Lincoln National Life Insurance Company in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. After many years of service she retired in 1983. She was an active member of St. John Lutheran Church in Hicksville. She also was a previous member of the Community Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and with Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed gardening and was a member of a garden club. She was also active in the golf league and several card clubs. Her hobbies included crocheting, knitting, embroidering, sewing, needlework and collecting cardinals. However her happiest times were when she was with her family and friends. Her family members include three daughters, Sandra (Phillip) Wonderly of Hicksville, Sharon (David) Miller of Hilliard, Ohio, Beth (Michael) Russell of Celina, Ohio, (7) loving grandchildren, Brad (Marla) Wonderly, Dawn (Travis) Kaylor, Amy Adams, Tyler (Rachel) Russell, Alison (Mitch) Kerns, Drew Russell, Jonathan (Monika) Miller and (11) great grandchildren. Betty also has a brother Gene (Mary) Neidhardt and a sister in law Leone Neidhardt and many special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister Anna Crow and a brother Edward Neidhardt. Visitation for Betty will be at Smith & Brown Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00-5:00 and also one hour prior to the funeral. The funeral will be Monday at 11:00 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Six Corners Cemetery.
