Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 13, at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. A memorial fund in Beverly's honor has been established. Beverly Jean Ford was born October 8, 1936, in Cedar County, Iowa, to Lawrence and Katherine (Linn) Ford. She attended Tipton High School. She married Vernon Carl Stuhr on September 22, 1954 in Clarence. Together they were blessed with six children. Beverly was a devoted homemaker, mother and wife. She was employed with Wabash for 20 years, before a stroke forced her to retire early. During her younger years, she enjoyed gardening, planting and canning every summer. She was a former member of the Moose Lodge, Women of the Moose and the V.F.W. Auxiliary. She is survived by two daughters, Wendy (Ronald) Lamp, and Lisa (Dave) Wulf, both of Tipton; four sons, Ronald Stuhr, Gary (Cindy) Stuhr, and David Stuhr, all of Tipton, and Scott (Jacque) Stuhr of Omaha, NE; one sister, Judy (Bob) Allen; one brother, Larry Ford; 10 grandchildren, Amber, Heather, Matthew, Rebecca, Chad, Cody, Stephanie, Monica, Courtney and Gabrielle; and seven great-grandchildren.
