Billie, 93, of Oakdale, entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 20, 2020 in Bossier City. She was born January 20, 1927 in Oakdale to the union of William H. Williams and Martha Abney Williams. She was a graduate of Oakdale High School. For several years, she played the piano for Occupy #1 Baptist Church. On Sunday mornings, she and her husband would sing on the radio in DeRidder. Billie loved to do the jitterbug and didn’t mind at all to use her high heel as a tool or weapon. The love for her children, grandchildren and family were beyond words. She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Martie Thompson; her parents, William and Martha Williams; one son, Neson Ardoin, Jr.; three daughters, Pam Fudge, Kathy Spencer and Anita Pauline Thompson. Those left behind to cherish her memory are two sons, Ritchie W. Thompson of Haughton and Martie F. Thompson of Prairieville; grandchildren, Anita O’Toole, Micah Thompson, Josh Spencer, Caleb Spencer, Lacy Spencer, Jeremy Fudge, Tanya Ardoin, Richard Ardoin and Troy Ardoin; great grandchildren, Jared Aubrey; Mason, Micah Seth, Isabella and Christian Thompson; Brendon, Ryland, Aiden and Liam O’Toole; Trystan, Kayleigh, Dawson, Uriah and Silas Spencer; Jessie, Woody, Gavin and Isabella Fudge; Andrew and Cammie Ardoin; Carley and Spencer Ardoin; and Kayla,Travis and Shalin Ardoin; several great-great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends. Pallbearers to serve will be Richard Ardoin, Micah Seth Thompson, Jeremy Fudge, Caleb Spencer, Jared Awbrey and Dawson Spencer. Visitation will be held in the White Oaks Memorial Chapel on Friday, December 25, 2020 from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., then on Saturday, December 26, 2020 from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: The Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation FDR Station, P.O.
