Description	:	Blanche was the daughter of William Donaldson and Mary Olney. She married Ray Tutt on 14 November 1923 in Pocahontas, Pocahontas, Iowa. Contributed by Rich - Blanche Irene Tutt was born Oct. 21, 1896 in Forsythe (near Ringstead) to William and Mary (Olney) Donaldson. She grew up on various farms in the Webb and Marathon area with her eight living brothers and sisters (one sister died in infancy). Read More	Blanche was the daughter of William Donaldson and Mary Olney. She married Ray Tutt on 14 November 1923 in Pocahontas, Pocahontas, Iowa. For the rest of her life, Blanche spent a great deal of time helping others, whether it was delivering babies, babysitting, caring for the elderly, etc. She also enjoyed fishing, crocheting and traveling, whether it was to Texas as a snowbird or to visit family members. She had been a resident at Pleasant View Nursing Home, Albert City, since 1994. Funeral services for Blanche, 102, were held on Monday, May 3, 1999 in the Sliefert Memorial Chapel, Marathon. Interment was at the Poland Township Cemetery, Marathon, where she will rest in eternal peace next to her husband Ray. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ray Tutt; sisters Violet Donaldson, Gladys Wright, Mildred Morris and Marie Morris; and brothers Glen, Clarence and Floyd. She is survived by sister Opal Dubois, Pocahontas Care Center; many nieces, nephews their children and grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by many. Blessed be her memory.
