Description	:	Mrs. Henry (Carolina) Bubach, 82, of LItchville, passed away at 10:00 Friday night in Mercy Hospital after being in poor health in recent weeks. Wilhelmine Christine Sophia Caroline Busche, daughter of Ernest busche and Fredrika Busche nee Erdman, was born on September 18, 1870 in the state of Illinois. She was baptized in infancy and was later confirmed in the Trinity Lutheran Church at Griswold on April 3, 1887. Read More	Mrs. Henry (Carolina) Bubach, 82, of LItchville, passed away at 10:00 Friday night in Mercy Hospital after being in poor health in recent weeks. Wilhelmine Christine Sophia Caroline Busche, daughter of Ernest busche and Fredrika Busche nee Erdman, was born on September 18, 1870 in the state of Illinois. She was baptized in infancy and was later confirmed in the Trinity Lutheran Church at Griswold on April 3, 1887. Before coming to North Dakota in 1886 with her parents and settling in the Griswold community she lived for a time also in Minnesota and Nebraska. She was united in marriage with Henry Bubach on November 18, 1892. Together they settled on the Bubach homestead in Gladstone township. Thirteen children were born to this union. They lived here for 52 years. In the year 1942 they moved to Marion where they lived until 1948. Then in 1948 they moved to Litchville where they lived with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lebahn. Mr. and Mrs. Bubach celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on August 10, 1952. It was celebrated at this time because all members of the family were able to attend. Mrs. Bubach was a concecrated and faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church since her confirmation in 1887. She was a charter member of the Trinity Lutheran church besides being an active member and also the oldest member of the ladies aid all her life. She leaves to mourn her passing: her husband, Henry Bubach, and four sons: Ernest of Bismarck, Otto of Madison, SD, George of Litchville and Clarence of Marion; five daughters, Ida (Mrs. Carl Lebahn) and Miss Bertha of Litchville; Helen (Mrs. Remmer Menninga) and Clara (Mrs. Edes Eilers) both of Sterling, Nebraska; and Johanna (Mrs. Arthur Johnson) of Nome; twenty one grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also two sisters; Mrs. Ida Sonnen of Oakes and Mrs. Anna Regelein of Whitewater, Wisconsin; six brothers: Fred of Marion, Otto of Whitewater, Wisconsin, Herman, Emil and Lewis of Litchville and Gottreid of Verona. One daughter and one son died in infancy. Another daughter, Meta, passed away in 1914, and a son Herbert passed away in 1948. Mrs. Bubach had been ailing several years. She entered Mercy Hospital on September 19, 1952, her 82nd birthday, and after a lingering illness she passed away on Friday morning, October 2, 1952, at 10:20 o’clock. she had attained the age of 82 years and 15 days.
