Carter, died suddenly at her home, 101 W. Fifth St., Saturday morning at 9:30 o'clock. She had been in ill health for some time but her death was unexpected at the age of 57 years. She was a daughter of the late Charles E. and Martha Fry Fox and an attendant of the First Baptist Church for several years. Surviving are her husband and these children: Mrs. Pearl Biegers, Baltimore; Charles Carter, Brunswick; Mrs. Muriel Mulkern, Stanley Carter, John Carter, all of Baltimore; Mrs. Doris Bruchey and Miss Madeline Carter, of Frederick; two sisters and two brothers; Mrs. Mary Ford, Silver Spring; Mrs. Lottie Ford, Silver Spring; Edward Fox, Washington, D.C.; Washington Fox, Silver Spring. The funeral will take place leaving the home Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock with final services in the Monocacy Cemetery chapel, Beallsville, about 2 o'clock. Interment in Monocacy Cemetery. M.R. Etchison and Son, funeral directors.
