The funeral will be held Thursday. She was born Aug. 2, 1861 at Itasca, Minnesota. She married W. C. Roland in 1882. Their first home was in Millis county, Iowa. He died in 1925. Mrs. Breed was 60 years of age, wife of L. H. Bree, the proprietor of the Clifton hotel. Besides her husband, she leaves three daughters to mourn her loss, Mrs. P. Roulard,* Mrs. Pat Crotty and Mrs. R. W. Craft. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at the house conducted by Rev. F. E. Hudson." Breed passed away Thursday morning, Aug. 2nd, in the 60th year of her life. Lavina Fyetta Breed was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. H. P. Brookhouser and was born in Crofford *** county, Pa., in 1835. She removed with her parents to Dubuque county, Iowa, in 1855, and in 1857 was united in marriage to Jacob Sopher. Later she spent a short time in Jones county, Iowa, where she united with the Fairview Baptist church, of which she remained a member until her death. In 1867 she removed with her three children to Pottawattamie county, and a year later was married to L. H. Breed. To this union one daughter was born. The last two years of her life she has been a resident of this city. A husband and four daughters, Mrs. Mary M. McCune, Mrs. Carie Ennis, Mrs. Pat Crotty, Mrs. R.
