Description : Causby was the eldest daughter of James Swindall & Ruth Vanover. She married Hiram Reed on Aug. 5, 1890, but sadly died less than 2 years later of consumption.

According to the Vanover Family book, by Greg Vanover, Causby gave birth to an infant in 1892, which died at birth and according to family tradition is buried in Causby's arms. [From Debby (Haase) McLean]
