Description	:	Cecil B. Cook, 52, a resident of the Fort Benton and Mantague areas since 1928, died Sunday in a Great Falls hopsital after an illness of six months. Funeral services were held this Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. from Benton Funeral Homes Chapel with Reverend Lloyd Hanley officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery. Cecil B. Cook was born May 14, 1907, in Georgia, and attended schools in Marietta in that state. He came to Chouteau County in 1928, and farmed in the Montague section from 1929. During World War II he operated the Cook farm while three brothers were in the armed forces. He moved to Fort Benton in 1948. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Pauline) Poindexter of Geraldine and Mrs. Merle Dewar of Fort Benton, and two brothers, Rene Cook and Oscar Cook, both of Fort Benton, as well as several nephews and nieces. A brother Ira cook died in Fort Benton in February 1928, and his parents Mr. and Mrs. John Cook, passed away during the war years. Pallbearers were Ray Flathers, Robert Stevenson, William Brieter, William Siebenaler, Bill Williams and Bill Silvius.
