Description	:	Cecil Joyce Dies Suddenly Of Heart Attack At Bonesteel A heart attack took the life of Cecil G. Joyce of Bonesteel, S.D. on Tuesday of last week. He was stricken in the yard of his home and was thought to be in the best of health, but had suffered a heart attack a month previous. Mr. Joyce was born in England on March 23, 1880 and died at Bonesteel on August 6, 1940 at the age of 60 years, 4 months and 3 days. He was stricken in the yard of his home and was thought to be in the best of health, but had suffered a heart attack a month previous. Mr. Joyce was born in England on March 23, 1880 and died at Bonesteel on August 6, 1940 at the age of 60 years, 4 months and 3 days. In 1890 he came to Atlantic, Iowa with his parents, living there two years and then moving to Winnetoon. His marriage to Miss Ethel Young occurred on June 15, 1910 at Creighton, Nebraska. To this unon one son was born. In 1904 they moved to a farm one half mile east of Bonesteel and this had been their home up to the time of his passing. The deceased was affiliated with the Congregational church at Bonesteel and was active in the A.F. & A.M. Masonic lodge in that city. He united with that organization in 1926. At the time of his death he was serving as Senior Deacon. Mr. Joyce was well known in the Creighton and Winnetoon communitites and possessed a pleasing personality that won him many friends. He is survived by his widow, Ethel Joyce, son Melvin of Earlville, Ia., one sister, Miss Ethel Joyce of Winnetoon, two brothers, Sidney of Winnetoon and Thomas of Plainview and other relatives and friends. Funeral services in charge of the Masonic lodge were held in Bonesteel on last Saturday at the city hall. The body was brought here and rites were held in the Hengstler & Son Chapel at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Rev. Basil Anderson, Federated church pastor was in charge of the service.
