He served as General Counsel for the Metropolitan Utilities District in Omaha. Brubaker was Nuckolls County attorney from 1947 to 1957, and was assistant Nebraska attorney from _____ to 1963. Survivors are his wife, Betty; step sons, Tom and Michael O'Mears both of Omaha and Jim O'Mears of Littleton, Colorado; and five sisters. Funeral services were at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 16 at the John A. Gentleman Westside Chapel, Omaha and graveside services were in the Nelson Cemetery at 12 noon, with Rev.
