Description	:	Burnsville - Celia Briggs, 71, died unexpectedly Thursday in an Asheville hospital. She was a daughter of the late Zeb and Hattie Edwards King. Surviving are her husband, Frank "Petro" Briggs Sr.; a son, Frank Briggs Jr., two daughters, Patricia Summey and Linda Searcy; a sister, Mrs. Ralph Peterson; four brothers, Clifford, Bruce, Eugene and Roy; and five grandchildren.
