Description	:	OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN) Charles Francis Kennedy, 64, died suddenly of heart trouble in Indianapolis Tuesday afternoon while working for wabash Homes, Inc. Mr. Kennedy who was a carpenter by trade had been working in Indianapolis for the past year. He was born in Wabash on Oct. 11, 1887, to Owen and Mary Ellen (Cramer) Kennedy. He attended the Wabash schools. On Dec. 24, 1902 he was married to Bessie Sweet who survives. He attended the Wabash schools. On Dec. 24, 1902 he was married to Bessie Sweet who survives. To this union were born three children, two of whom survive, Lancing Kennedy of Wabash and Mrs. Stewart Martin, also of this city. A son, Charles Kennedy, preceded him in death as did his parents, one brother and a sister. Other survivors are a sister, Mrs. Emanuel Warner of Kalamazoo, Mich., a brother, Samuel Kennedy of Three Rivers, Mich., a half-brother, William Jackson of Wabash, and one granddaughter, Mrs. Robert Little of Wabash. The Kennedy's residence in Wabash is at 261 South Comstock street. The decedent was a member of the First Methodist church in Logansport. He formerly belonged to the Redmen's and I.O.O.F. Lodges in Wabash. The body was taken to the Wire Funeral home where friends may call after 7 o'clock Wednesday evening. Dr. O.T. Martin, pastor of the First Methodist church, will conduct funeral services which will be announced later, awaiting word from the son, Lancing, who is traveling and had not been contacted.
