Clare Friday morning following a brief illness from heart trouble. The funeral services were held in the Beulah church (sic) Sabbath afternoon before a large number of sorrowing relatives and friends. The sermon was preached by the pastor of the church assisted by Rev. Herman of the Bostwick M.E. church (sic) and prayer by Rev. Jeamby. Interment in Superior cemetery.
