Description	:	Mrs. George Weber Mrs. Lottie Viola Strumquist Weber, daughter of Charles and Lydia Strumquist, was born December 23, 1900 near West Point, Nebraska. At the age of 12 years she moved with her parents to a farm northeast of Creighton and she lived in that vicinity the remainder of her life. On July 7, 1920 she was married to George H. Read More	Mrs. George Weber Mrs. Lottie Viola Strumquist Weber, daughter of Charles and Lydia Strumquist, was born December 23, 1900 near West Point, Nebraska. At the age of 12 years she moved with her parents to a farm northeast of Creighton and she lived in that vicinity the remainder of her life. On July 7, 1920 she was married to George H. Weber and to this union 2 daughters were born, Ruth and Lois Mae. She was confirmed on April 10, 1927 in the Lutheran Church of Eden Valley and she kept this faith very dearly. She became ill last summer and was taken to a hospital at Sioux City and after she returned to her home it appeared that her health was improving but she became ill again about two weeks ago and it was God's wish to relieve her of her pain and he called her at 9:20 Monday morning, January 25, 1943, at the age of 42 years, 1 month and 2 days. Funeral services were held at the home at one o'clock Wednesday afternoon and from the Lutheran Church at 1:30 with Rev. A. C. Huth officiating. Burial was at Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were Geo. Thompson Jr., Geo. Timmerman, Albert Ewald, Sophus Hansen, Louis Zobel and T. L. Carder. Caring for the flowers were Mrs. John Rehder, Mrs. Henry Petersen and Henry Petersen. Although her illness caused her great pain she never complained and she was very grateful for everything that was done to comfort her. Her loving husband did everything he could do for her and so did the relatives and neighbors. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, George, her daughters Mrs. Ruth Vakoc and Lois Mae at home, her mother Lydia Strumquist and her sister Mabel and other relatives and numerous friends.
