Description	:	Christian William Bose, son of Christian William and Esther Constance (Ruben) Bose, was born near Stamford, NE, on October 22, 1916 and passed away at Veterans Hospital in Omaha, NE May 22, 1976 at the age of 59 years and 4 months. He spent his entire life in the Stamford Community except the 49 months and 18 days which he spent serving his country in the European Theater of war. he joined the service on the birthday in 1941. Read More	Christian William Bose, son of Christian William and Esther Constance (Ruben) Bose, was born near Stamford, NE, on October 22, 1916 and passed away at Veterans Hospital in Omaha, NE May 22, 1976 at the age of 59 years and 4 months. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, David, Thomas and Vernon. Chris is survived by two brothers and five sisters: Clarence of Cambridge, Chrystal Rhynalds of Oxford, Vera Howart of Ericson, Luceil Rhynalds of Oxford, Grace Kennedy of Oswego, NY, Florence Evans of Orlando, FL, and Jim of Stamford, other relatives and friends. Memorial services were conducted at Mitchell Funeral Home, Orleans, NE on Wednesday, May 26, 1976 with Rev. John Thompson officiating, Organ meditations were by David Culver. Bearers were Lee Bose, Royce Bose, Craig Bose, Phillip Rhynalds, Neal E Rhynalds and Richard Bose. Interment was in the Stamford Cemetery, Stamford, NE with military graveside rites by Harold Morin Post No. 184 of Orleans. Mitchell Funeral Home of Orleans had charge of arrangements.
